Helping current and former foster youth achieve their independent living goals, providing support and services for education, employment, training, housing, financial management and building a support network.

Education and Training Funds
available to foster youth and eligible former foster youth for the cost of post secondary education and training. -
Independent Living Funds
are special needs funds available to help gain skills and experiences to achieve self-sufficiency. - Referral Process
To be eligible for IL and ETV the youth must be in custody (OCS or Tribal) and in foster care (OCS or Tribal) on or after their 16th birthday.
