If you suspect child sexual abuse, you must report it to BOTH the Office of Children’s Services and Law Enforcement.

The fastest and easiest way to report child abuse is to call the OCS reporting hotline at 800-478-4444. Staff are able to answer questions regarding mandatory reporting and can gather all required information over the phone. However, if you wish to submit a written report instead, you may fill out and submit the OCS Report Form.
