Please remember that although the capacity may be 80, it doesn't necessarily mean we will get to that census level. It is common in psychiatric hospitals that specific factors can impact census, i.e., gender mix, patients not able to get along with others so they need a single room, staffing, and the number of 1:1s (patients needing an identified staff within arm's length for safety reasons).

As an example, if we have 8 1:1s, we then may need to increase our staffing by as many as 16 staff over the 24 hours.
