VPN Request


For Family and Community Services (FCS) Employees:

FCS Permanent Employees are granted default VPN accounts upon hire. 

Non-permanent employees, contractors and sponsored staff require administrative and security approval prior to VPN account set up.
For Instructions on how to appropriately use the VPN software, please reach out to your supervisor or contact the FCS HelpDesk.

Instructions for Completing and Submitting the VPN Form:
Please complete the OIT VPN request form and obtain your supervisor and director’s signatures.  When signed, scan the form to a PDF and email to the ITS HelpDesk at fcs.helpdesk@alaska.gov.
